On 22nd December 2011 Classes was canceled by School. According to our rules, you can deduct 12 PLN of June Lunch Fee.

How to start:

Fill up precisely Registration Form. You can place there any important information about child’s feeding(allergies, vegetarian diet, religion diet etc.).

Filled Registration Form you can:

•     give cafeteria staff
•     send by e-mail: ias@ai-catering.pl
•     fax: 22 736 27 12

If you want us to stop provide lunch: it is necessary to inform our company by e-mail or fax. Otherwise lunch will be provided for your child and you will be charged.

Our offer for lunch set:

Lunch set  – 12 PLN.

 

Payment system:

Down payment by bank transfer in month system to the 10th of every month (for example: September payment has to be done before September 10th) or full year payment in 10 days after registration. Payment delay can be the cause of break in providing of lunch.
